Little Explorers Ages 3-5 Years
At this stage, children are discovering how their bodies move and learning to follow simple, repetitive directions. This class provides a safe, fun and structured space where children can explore movement while feeling secure in their own personal space. Through playful yoga stories, engaging games, and gentle breathing exercises, children develop body awareness, balance and co-ordination while building confidence in a nurturing environment. Mindfulness crafts allow children to explore textures, colours and shapes, helping reinforce relaxation and focus.
Growing Yogis 6-8 Years
With longer attention span and a developing sense of team work, this age group enjoys activities that involve co-operation and turn taking. Classes focus on playful sequences, partner poses, and imaginative yoga stories that encourage both individual expression and group interaction. Breathing techniques and relaxation exercises help children calm their minds and manage emotions. Mindfulness crafts provide a creative outlet, allowing them to express feelings, practice patience, and engage in hands on activities that promote self- awareness.
Mindful Warriors 9-12 Years
At this stage, children are beginning to discover themselves and are ready to learn more about the deeper aspects of yoga and mindfulness. This class introduces more advanced poses, breathing techniques and guided meditation that help develop focus, resilience, and self awareness. Children are reminded that yoga is a lifelong journey, encouraging them to build a strong foundation for emotional balance and confidence. Mindfulness crafts encourage deeper reflection, creativity and personal expression, reinforcing the lessons learned in class.
